Cancellation and Early Check-Out Terms for Extended Stays

Last Updated: November 2025

Minimum Stay Policy

Our extended stay bookings require a minimum stay of 21 nights. The special rates quoted are based on this minimum stay duration.

Deposit

A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

Full Payment

Low and Mid Season:

  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to make the full payment by the due date will result in the reservation being cancelled.

High Season:

  • Reservations made during High Season will be advised at the time of booking. Full payment is required no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Failure to make the full payment by the due date will result in the reservation being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Low and Mid Season:

  • Cancellations made up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival will result in a loss of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the total accommodation cost.

High Season:

  • Cancellations made up to 60 days before your scheduled arrival will result in a loss of the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the total accommodation cost.

No-Show

Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice (a "no-show") will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

Early Check-Out and Rate Adjustment

Should an early check-out occur before the initially reserved 21-night minimum stay, the rates for the stay will be recalibrated to reflect the best available rate corresponding to the actual duration of the stay. This rate adjustment could lead to supplementary charges or a decrease in the overall cost, contingent upon the altered length of stay.

Notice for Early Check-Out

In the event of intending to check out prior to the originally reserved stay duration, we kindly ask for a minimum notice of 48 hours. Potential fees might be applicable.
